Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Lagos. The rooms, though noisy from passing party-goers and lacking a view, are decent for a budget stay. The service improved towards the end of our stay, and the favorable offerings compensated for initial shortcomings. The central location is perfect for exploring the historic area and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The dining options were simple but improved during the week. Overall, a decent value stay with a few hiccups along the way.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were limited, and there was some noise from the street at night. The location is convenient for exploring the city center and enjoying the nightlife.
Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be rather dingy and the tiny bathroom, with a shower curtain that stuck to my back during showers, didn't match the photos I saw on Booking. However, the room did come with a terrace offering an amazing view.
The hotel was in a central location with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Although the rooms were not what I would consider a suite and had an unpleasant smell, the view from the balcony was nice. The service was below average, except for one really nice receptionist, and lacked information on certain amenities. The dining was modest and simple, with tasteless options, and some attention to detail in facilities could be improved. However, the overall value for money was reasonable considering the proximity to the city's attractions.
The hotel offers budget accommodation with air-conditioned rooms and balconies overlooking a street, though some maintenance is needed. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service. The noisy location in the center of Lagos may not suit everyone, but it is convenient for exploring the town. The dining options have improved but could be better. Facilities are basic with some room for enhancement.
